Terms of Service

1. Who can use Fittsy
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
3. Your photos
You own the photos you post. You give Fittsy a limited permission to store them and show them to the people you choose, only so we can run the app. This permission ends when you delete the photo or your account.
4. Community rules
Don't post nudity or sexual content, harass or bully anyone, share someone else's photo without permission, impersonate others, or use Fittsy for anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Reporting and blocking
Use the menu on any photo to report it or block a user. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
6. Sharing to other apps
When you share a photo to another app, such as Instagram or TikTok, that app's terms apply to that copy. Only share photos of other people with their permission.
7. Changes and ending the service
Fittsy is in beta and may change. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Fittsy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for content posted by other users. [TO BE COMPLETED WITH LEGAL ADVICE]
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
